If I set a 10 issue minimum column constraint in my To Do column, and the number of issues in that column falls to 9, will the issue at the top of the kanban backlog be automatically transitioned to the To Do column?
Let me first state up front that I have not used constraints in some time so maybe something has changed. With that said....
no. The only thing constraints does is provide an alert in the way of color coding.
