Keep getting emails that aren't formatted correctly

I'm not sure the subject is the best way to explain it. But keep getting emails like this. As I'm part of multiple accounts I'm not totally sure where its coming from.

Was looking to contact the team  directly but don't see the option to do that.

Hi @mat -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That email appears to be from a filter subscription in the specific Jira site noted in the email FROM address.  However it is curious that the filter name in the email body appears blank, and I do not know what would cause that.

Sadly there is no built-in way to find your filter subscriptions for Jira Cloud, as noted in this suggestion: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-76543

The only way I know to stop subscriptions is look through each filter you own, check if it has a subscription, and then delete as needed.  It is possible someone else created the filter, in which case you would need to check every single one.

Thanks I'll take a look at my subscriptions and try and clear them out. Failing that I'll just create a filter in gmail matching the subject
