I'm a novice at configuring & customizing Jira Cloud, and this may have been discussed elsewhere (in such a case I'm sorry to waste your bandwidth).
Is there a configuration parameter to fix HTTP 404 error following the use of a shortcut key sequence "ga" which I believe is to go to Jira boards.
My browser shows the destination page URL as "https://xxxxx.atlassian.net/jira/projects" where "xxxxx" is our valid organization name and the top-level landing page for Jira Cloud.
This is not a blocker as there are other ways to get to Jira boards page, but it would be nice if we can fix it if our configuration can take care of it.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Hi Hide,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I have just tested this on my cloud instance but was not able to reproduce this.
Where are you exactly when you try to issue the sequence 'ga'? I tried it from within an issue, for example, but ga is not a valid option their.
Do you have some screenshots by any chance?
Regards,
Daniel
Thank you, Daniel, for trying it out. The keyboard shortcut seems to work for me from almost anywhere. I noticed that typing a question mark '?' shows the list of shortcuts but there is no "g" followed by "a" listed. I just tried from Issues page, Boards page, Project Settings page, and they all end up with 404 error in Jira Cloud (Jira Software).

The screenshot is from a Chrome browser on a Windows 10 PC, but it shows almost identical picture with a Safari browser on Mac OS Big Sur.
Thank you for trying to help me figure this out.

The shortcut is just not valid. I have tested it and it does not work.
I am not getting a 404 though.

Thanks Daniel for looking into this. I understand it is not a supported shortcut and it does not work.
