I am used to using the shortcuts 'st' and 'sb' frequently in the backlog view to move tickets up/down in the sprints or on the backlog. Since last thursday these shortcuts stopped working. other shortcuts like '[' seem to be working fine.
Am I the only one with this problem? I can't find any other mention of this problem using google or this board.
Hi all,
Sorry to hear about this problem. I was able to recreate this problem as well, but only within Jira Software company managed projects (it seems team managed projects are still working for this shortcut). I created a bug report based off this info over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-25486
I would recommend watching this ticket for updates. I don't have a timetable for when this might be fixed. However if this is impacting you, I would recommend creating a support ticket referencing this bug ticket. This in turn can help us to better prioritize fixes.
Andy

I am currently participating in an early access program around backlog enhancements. I notice the same behaviour you describe when I toggle off the new features. When enabled, the keyboard shortcuts do work like before.
Any chance you are in the same situation?

I have the same problem. This is not good. Atlassian pulled the menu options off years ago but thankfully the `st` and `sb` shortcuts remained functional but now those are gone. Why in the world would they pull this? 'Course it doesn't surprise me anymore with this product. We cannot easily reorg the issues in an active sprint, a future sprint, or the backlog. Unbelievable, yet typical.
