Re-Keyed Service Desk Email not showing up

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I re-keyed a project EVS to ENVU and created a new email address for the project.  

 

Now when my IT team tries to add this email address to a distribution list it doesn't appear.  However, the old email address is still there.

Can you try by adjusting the customer permissions in the project settings.
