Lectures and Labs in the Online Classes aren't showing as completed.

When taking the Managing Jira Cloud Projects class (and the Learn Jira from Home, as well), I've noticed that the Labs and Lectures are often not marked completed once I'm done and I have to try and go through the modules again or at least the endings to "get credit" for the completion.

Is anyone experiencing similar or can help.

Is this for ACP-620 Managing Jira Cloud Projects?

If yes, I find for the check to appear you have to watch the full video for Lecture and Lab at least once without skipping.

If you are doing this and it isn't working, try to move between the videos using the next "Lecture" or "Lab" buttons in the bottom-right of the main screen - rather than using the right-hand menu.

Just to note - you don't have to complete the whole course if this is a certification. The exam itself is what decides between Pass/Fail :)

Hey Ste,

Appreciate the response.  Yes, I was referring to Managing Jira Cloud Projects, but, I had the same problem when I took Learn Jira at Home.  I do watch the full video (I actually like to take notes and rerun them). Maybe it's because I sometimes pause and start again. I actually just took the exam on Tuesday, but would like to get credit for the class. I'll run through the sections that didn't update --about 4 of them again.  Thanks for replying!!
