Left nav bar not working

The left nav bar of JIRA is not working, no icons. I managed to log in using an Incognito tab and they work again. But even after restarting Chrome and logging out and back in in the regular window the nav bar doesn't work.

Is there some local storage or something I can clean out to fix this?

You might try clearing your cache in Google Chrome since it works in Incognito mode, there is probably something cached causing the issue.

In Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools  Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.

If you still see the issue, the key here is that it works in incognito mode.  Which means no cache and no add-ons/plugins/extensions are enabled.  So the next step would be to start checking for anything recently added to your browser.  Adblocking software is something I've seen that might cause this behavior for example.
