I just purchased a new jira license and I 'edit' the key from plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses in my browser. I get a success message but after I browse away and browse back it shows my old license and says "Your JIRA Software maintenance has expired. To regain access to support and updates, renew your maintenance." What should I do to get the license to stick?
Looks like it works properly after clearing my browser cache for some reason. Thanks all!
Corey, I'd open up an issue with JIRA support. Since you have the new license purchased they should help you out.
