Can I automatically collect licenses if an employee has been inactive for more than a month?

welcome to the Atlassian community!

As a site admin you can login on the https://admin.atlassian.com and view a list of users including last login info for each of them.

Unfortunately, using builtin feature, there is no way to have an automatic report that shows what you want.

Hi @Константин Луговской ,

you need to manually make users inactive based on your internal policy.

You could use REST API provided by Atlassian. In particular :

• https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/organization/rest/api-group-orgs/#api-orgs-orgid-get to retrieve users
• https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/user-management/rest/api-group-users/#api-users-account-id-manage-lifecycle-disable-post to deactive user
