Limit or hide specific Linked issues options on a per project basis

Is there a way to only display specific options/types of Linked issues to a certain Project? For instance, I want Project X to only display Linked issues: "is Delivered by" or "Delivers" options. 

I went into: 

1. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Administration  > Issues.
2. Under Issue features (the left-side panel), select Issue linking.

However, this will affect all projects and I only want it on a specific project.

I was also looking for the solution of this kind and found Enhanced Links. It actually works as expected - limits the types of links available. However, the problem is that Jira Cloud does not allow issue view panels to be turned off. This causes the necessity to display the regular panel with issue links (without limitation of which link types a user can select) and with the Enhanced issue links, where the limitation works as it is configured.

So, to me this app does exactly what it promises but due to the Atlassian policy, not to allow turning off issue view panels by apps, both panela in one issue view look bad from the user experience perspective.
