Did you mean:

Limit the threshold of entries displayed in the pie chart.

Hi,

In the query I am running I gather the information as to how many people have worked on the tickets lets say in the past 1 year ...

When i try to get the displyed in the pie chart on the basis of the assignee, becaise the list is large Some people are displyed under the "Other" tag. When hovered over the "other" tag the rest of the list can be seen

I am looking for 2 possible scenarios

1.) either display all the people that are a result of the query that is run ?

2.)  Is there a way to just diplay

         - Top 5-7 performeres

         - set a threshold that if anyone is handline 3 tickets or more is only displayed

Hello @chhatwal_simran

The built in Pie Chart gadget will display a maximum of the top 10 values and all others will be grouped under Other. You can't make it display all values as independent wedges unless there are 11 or less. There are no options to change how this works.

You might modify the results by modifying the filter that is used by the gadget.

Alternately you can investigate third party apps that provide additional reporting capabilities and gadgets.
