Hello everyone.

Actually, I am trying to link the issues with each other automatically.

I have 2 standard issues.

1) Backend issue

2)Front end issue

Now whenever backend issue status turn DONE frontend issue is created automatically.

Now in frontend issue if anyone created a subtask that subtask must link automatically to the backend issue from where I automatically created frontend task.

subtask of frontend link automatically to the backend issue type

Hello Umar,

You will have to save the initial Backend Issue in a custom field (can be hidden) in the Frontend ticket with an automation rule.

With another automation rule you can grab that field from the Front end ticket and add it to the frontend issue.

I believe this also con be archive using transitions, let me know if this solution ring a bell for you.

Cheers,

Nico.

@Nicolas Tagle

I can't link the subtask of frontend to the backend automatically?

You can setup automation to automatically do that, but no, there is no "click here" option to implement the requirements you have.
