Link issues from different Atlassian accounts

Hi,

I use diffferent Atlassian accounts (different companies: account1.atlassian.net and account2.atlassian.net), and it would be so awesome to link issues between them. Is this possible? Maybe with an app from Marketplace?

Thanks,

Gui.

Hello @Gui Ávila

Take a look at this post from earlier this year and see if it provides the information you need.

@Trudy Claspill Thanks!

The link refers to Jira Server. I'm in Jira Cloud.

Also, this option is not avaiable.

Thanks for your help,

Gui.

@Gui Ávila

In the post is a link to another document.

Link an issue to an issue in another site

If you review that document it says you must first have your JIRA admin create application links to the other sites, and provides a link for that documentation. While that link leads to a document that says it is for JIRA Server and Data Center, a simple google search found this page:

Use AppLinks to link to Atlassian products

After that you should be able to create links between issues in different JIRA sites as per the first link in this reply.

@Trudy Claspill Thank you very much. Unfortunately, it can't be done with new issue view...

Thanks for your help anyway!
