When I try to update the link in the issue type Release /bug using the “Edit Issue” under the relates to – I am not able to see the link getting reflected
Only if I try to add the link by clicking on + in “Issue Links”, it works.
Note: User has access to link the issues for all the projects.
Can you please let me know the status.
Hey,
What do you mean by "not able to see the link getting affected" ?
CN-20 has a link to go to CN-20. (If you referring the writing under it)And to edit that you can't edit like a normal edit (like deleting one letter with backspace) , you need to enter a new issue key then remove the other one.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Ege Su

First thought, you didn't actually save your edit to IO-168, so there is no link yet. Another thought is the screen configuration is different between the two projects so the links aren't showing on the second ticket.

@Lizzie_RogersActually, I have saved the issue and click on Edit issue to Link the issue.
If the screen configurations are different from two projects then if we link the issue then it won't show?
