What happened to the live chat support from Atlassian? I was able to locate them via support and chat to them if i faced I.T issues and they were super helpful. I haven't seen any comms on this so i am assuming it was a trial that has now ended?

The live chat is still available for customers, and i was checking for the instance you generally reach on chat for Jira Software and do see the option Talk to support enabled for your instance as i see you are on standard plan
Are you facing any errors? or the button is greyed out ?

The chat support is a pilot program and isn't an official support offering yet. However, it is still available for Standard and Premium customers.
The trial is temporarily put on hold for Enterprise sites to make some enhancements to better suit the customer requirements.
