Hi,
Our JIRA Software was configured to take auto-backups ( in the form of zip files) after every 3 hours on our server in lab. All of sudden the JIRA software is somehow crashed and not loading. My question is:
Can we use the auto-backup zip files to import all our projects data in a free installation of JIRA instance? If yes, is there any resource documentation that can be followed for this purpose?
Try this one restoring a project from backup
I tried and it seems to work as it retrieved the list of projects from backup zip file. However, it stops proceeding further as it can't find missing issue types, etc. in the new setup. Is it possible to bypass such problems?
