This started happening somewhere around this week, starting from 25 august roughly, maybe earlier.
I'm trying to log work time into ticket using Actions (...) - Log work menu item. Instead of seeing ordinary iframe with Time Spent, Date Started, Work Description, etc I'm getting 502 error displayed in iframe.
Previously 1-2months ago also styling of this window degraded - iframe windows was squiezed vertically and I needed to apply custom styling using Stylus extension to it for it to be displayed somewhat properly.
Another thing. If I visit Time Tracker manually and try to add something there - it works perfectly, but not from an iframe on jira board.
Hey @ProTreo
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
To begin with, are you using the Jira provided time tracking, or any third party apps for logging time?
You can verify this under Settings > Work Items > Time tracking. If it's a Marketplace app, it would be worth checking with the app vendor.
Thanks!
Hi, unfortunately I cant check Jira settings - I'm not an admin, but I can tell that we were always using Tempo Time Tracker before this event take place (deprecation of Time Tracker Lite): https://try.tempo.io/migrating-to-time-tracker/.
If I remember correctly my team contacted them when everything broke and they fixed it for us.
Based on this I assume we should try and contact Tempo.io about this?

Yes, if you're using Tempo, you should contact their support team for assistance with this.

Hi @ProTreo ,
You might want check clearing cache or log in with a private or incognito window and see if that fixes it. Is this just happening with your user? or is it happening to wider group on your site?
If the clearing of cache does not fix the issue, I would recommend raising a ticket with Atlassian to take a look at the cloud server side to see if there's any issues with your site.

Thanks, I tried using different browsers, clearing cache, looks like a product problem with Tempo Time Tracker Lite integration for Jira or smth.
