Hy everyone
I'm using jira cloud in a business project managed by the company and I have the following structure:
Epic -> Task -> Subtask
I have a custom field called progress for all issues and I need that field in a task to be the average of the subtasks and in Epic the average of the tasks.
I can make the rule to calculate the averages but the biggest problem in this case is the trigger being the subtask because it doesn't have the Epic Link.
