Looking for 3rd party custom field plug-in to meet requirement of Project Number, Project Name, Sub Project Number, Sub Project Name criteria as per below requirement :

1. All these 4 field should be single selection list

2. If I select Project Number, corresponding project name should be displayed in Project Name fields.

3. Based on selected Project Number, corresponding sub-projects should be displayed under Sub-Project Number field

4. If I select Sub-Project Number, then its Project Number, Project Name and Sub-Project Name should be displayed in respective fields.

Also , All these 4 fields data we would be getting from service now table, which has to feed into Jira on daily or weekly basis.

You can use the Elements Connect - external data fields (Nfeed)  Plugin

Using this plugin you can create custom field with external Database values and make them interdependent.

Thanks for your reply. Its more interesting when you said its meeting my requirement.

Quick question like, how do we know for which project number, this Project Name belongs to ?

Based on selection of Project Number, corresponding Sub Project Number, Sub Project Names list should be displayed in respective custom fields ?

Am more interested to see this demo, before we plan for this plug-in

The data source for these requirements can be service now table/interface from service now ? or we can also get the data to excel, from here how we can update the data freequently into Jira respective custom fields.
