Looking for detail screen tabs for bitbucket transitions, commits and builds

I am looking on the Jira detail screen for bitbucket tabs for transitions, commits and builds.  Is there something in configurations that I need to turn on to see these tabs?  (see screen shot attached)

So, when you look at an individual issue, like ANERDS-6 you don't see a Development section on the right that includes that information?

As per this document, the Development panel should display automatically in Issue Details after you have configured the interfaces between Jira and your development tools.
