I created this https://thriveworks.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/THRIV/boards/29 and for some reason cannot access it. It is a telling me ""You tried to access a board that doesn't exist or that you don't have permission to see."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Hi @Joel Lawler and welcome to the Community!
The message you shared basically tells you the two possible causes: either the board was deleted or someone has removed your permissions.
If you are site/org administrator for your site, navigate to Your work > View all boards. If you remember the board name, try to locate it in the list. If it is there, you will see who is the current admin. Then reach out to that person to clear things out.
You may see a number of boards marked as PRIVATE at the end of the list as well. Even if you can't see them, you will see who the admins of those private boards are. Again, there's an option to reach out.
If ownership didn't change, then your board may have been deleted. In that case, it's gone and you'll need to re-create it.
Hope this helps!

my name is listed on the board as admin, so this is not working in my case and seems like @Joel Lawler is a newbie

Hi @Joel Lawler
Are you the admin of your instance? If so you can look at the filter by typing "gg" and going to the admin filters and/or boards panel and verify you weren't locked out or permissions weren't changed.
If not then I would recommend submitting a ticket to your instance admin. If you are unsure how to do this on the bottom of your instances home page there should be a request for help button.
Best,
Clark
