Manage Sprint permissions Issue

Hi Team,

I have a Jira project where the "Project Administrators" are not able to see "Complete Sprint" option in their jira project.

Error: You need the Manage sprints permission to start or complete this sprint

The "Sprint Manage" group has the administrator group added to it. I also added one of the individual to this group and still no luck.

Below is the filter query that is applied on this project.

Hi @Swaroop Kumar

This previous community answer should help a lot: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Can-t-complete-sprint-even-with-Admin-rights-amp-manage-sprint/qaq-p/1384439

To answer though, it looks like you don't have multiple projects being pulled into your board, based off your JQL query, so I would ensure that the users have both the Schedule Issues and Manage Sprints permissions, which is what's required here.

Hope that helps - Steve.

Hi @Steve Long -Evelon-  I verified all the permissions but nothing seems to be working.

However, when I grant the user "Site Admin" access, it works. But I do not want to take that route.
