Is there a way to add a user who is mentioned using @User in the comments sections being added as an watcher automatically.

I'm afraid but this feature doesn't exist.

I don't know sorry, you can see this

But i think it would be very hard because how who will catch the "@//user",i'm not sur there is a attribut or method to this.
