Hi,

We are creating a new instance, but before we go we have some questions regarding this issue. Hope some one can help with these qeustions:

When a new instance is made, is there a option to reset the instance and begin from scratch over? Or will there need to be a new one created? 

May it happen that the instance need to be deteled. Will there be a 30 day period before it will be permanent deleted? Or is there a option to delete it directly?

Hi Anne - are you using the Enterprise version? Or are you just spinning up separate independent instances?

We are using the Enterprise version.
