Hello!!!
As an Admin user, I`m trying to claim for managed accouts in my organization after verify my domain.
Although, i received a massage saying that another organization is claiming for manged accounts at this domain.
I don`t have another organization with this domain.
What can I do?
Thanks a lot.
Hello @Rafael Pereira ,
welcome to atlassian community!
An domain can only be claimed in one atlassian organization.
If someone else has already verified the domain when trying to set a claim setting, we’ll display a warning message letting you know. In this situation, someone at your company might have verified the domain under another organization. We recommend that you choose to claim manually. If you want to claim automatically or aren't sure, contact support.

Hi @Rafael Pereira ,
Welcome to Atlassian community.
The same domain could be claimed by different organisations, Atlassian has implemented this possibility few time ago.
The situation you describe happens, mainly in big companies with different country or department and without a centralised IT department.
In order to detect who has registered the domain, and consequently claimed the users, I suggest the following:
Hope it helps
