Hi Paco,

I've checked in the database that the user "administrador" is active on the instance and on the same directory as the other users.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, can you please send us the steps you are following to search for this user?
As this user has your email, are you able to log in on the instance?

Regards,
Angélica

Hi Paco,

Thank you for this information.
I was able to see now that your user is duplicated.
Your email is associated with Administrator and Admin, but on different directories.
Administrator is on the internal directory, which is not visible on the UI.
Admin is on the IDP directory, that is all users that you can see, that's why when you log in you are logged as Admin and not Administrator.
To solve this issue we will need to delete both users associated with your email and create again with the exact same username "administrador" or make changes in the database.
As we will have to access more detailed information, I'll open a ticket on your behalf with all this information for our migration team to help you.
When I open the ticket you will receive a notification.

Angélica

Thankyou for your response. I don't need to fix this in our database due to we will delete it and reexport all the server again. I only want to know if it is posible to map our Administador user in self-hosted to Admin user in cloud in the import request. If not, i rename the Administrador user in our Server to Admin and run the export afterwards. I think this is a solution for this problem. Thanks for all again and sorry about my english.

Hi Paco,

Yes, that's a great solution and I believe that it will work.
As mentioned on the ticket, you will run the import using your admin account, so your user will be automatically created and as your user on server had the same email, it will be imported to another directory.

If you need any help, please let us know!

Regards,
Angélica
