Message custom field (View) is not working when set default value

Hi Team,
I created a message custom field (View) and tried to insert a default value using html text for font color in red as shown below.
<p><b><font color="#d04437">Review Approval should be updated by Review Leader only</font></b></p>

I put the above html text to default value and click set default button. When I try to view the default value it shows as below attachment.
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

Hi @rbalamu2 , 

Use this instead: Format Jira.

*{color:red} Review Approval should be updated by Review Leader {color}*

The default value will change when you view it again, just save the initial format.
