Hi
In a project I work, my team has a requirement to track (use some metrics) amount of ticket's roundtrips from QA column back to IN PROGRESS (the column set can be different). Does jira provide such metrics?
Hi Tymur and welcome to the Community! You would need an addon for this I think. I have seen were some users have created a "reopen count" custom field and using JWME addon post function increment the count. There are other solutions thru other addons as well. Maybe consider a manual increment where the user reopening an issue would be presented w/ a screen that has the current reopen count and they are instructed to increment it.
@Jack Brickey Thanks, I will look into JWME addon and maybe we even use it.

... this can work, but this approach require manual stuff and it's hard to provide a fare feedback during some period of time. Thanks anyway.

The add-on Issue History for Jira Cloud automatically gathered data about all issues changes in the one grid. So you will not need anymore to go through each issue and manually extract this from history.
Using the plugin you can:
- Use filters to select issues list
- Set columns to show different fields on the report grid
- Apply custom date range to filter results.
At the Atlassian Marketplace you can get more information about the add-on and try the trial version of it.
