Migrate a specific projects between cloud

Hi,

We run several Jira cloud due to internal reasons.

I need to migrate some of those projects from one cloud to another.

I am the admin in both.

One cloud is standard plan and the other is premium.

What is the best way to do this?

Step 4. let's you select which projects to migrate so if you only choose what you need you should be ok.

Do I have to migrate the users? 

They already have a user in other cloud and I need to keep their users in the old instance as well
