Hi, we're considering migrating from Helix to JIRA. So far, I've figured out the main fields, but really struggling with the approach to migrate attachments. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Heya! So this seems like it's going to be a bit of a complicated process but if I recall right when you export all attachments in Helix it swaps the file names to be identifiers that are referenced in the Attachments.csv to call back the info. Using the csv as an input you could in theory write a script that renames all the files to their proper name and also see the ticket where it came from. I'd then suggest uploading them all via API to your Jira site. I'd write out a more complex and detailed answer but without knowing the file structure at your hands it's a bit hard to explain the theory. If it works for you feel free to email me branden.martin@servicerocket.com and I could take a bit to review it and see if we can get a concept for you to move forward with.

Thank you, Branden! Apologies, I have just seen your response. I'll take a look with our JIRA admin, and, see if we need more help. Appreciate the info!
