Migrate from Jira Server to Jira OnDemand?

Has anyone migrated from hosted to on demand? I found documentation on moving to Jira Cloud however I don't see any "Restore system" option in Jira OnDemand.

There is no "On Demand". It was renamed several years ago to "Cloud".

Atlassian doing maintenance or upgrades possibly, but I've got it in the two Cloud systems I've used today, so I'm not sure why you are not seeing it.

Turns out I wasn't given all of the permissions I thought I was. I was able to go through the restore process with the backup from our hosted Jira install, however running into several issue with invalid XML.
