Migrate jira project from one instance to another instance

I'm looking for the best way to migrate the project from one instance to another instance. is there any manual way to do these or I need to use the plugin.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The manual way of migrating a project to a new instance is to take a backup, restore it on the new server and delete the projects you do not need on the new instance as described in Migrating Jira applications to another server.

There are apps that can help you as described in the documentation, Migrating projects to another Jira instance and Migrating Jira projects, but if you check the Marketplace you will find other apps that can also migrate projects.

If you already have other projects on the new instance you need to use a temporary instance and do the import there, see Restoring a project from backup
