Migrate to Cloud disappeared

Hi everyone,
until a few months ago, in my Jira cloud instance (now at version 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT), I had the possibility to migrate from the old server to the cloud as I did for some projects, now I can't find this function anymore but I only have Import Jira Cloud. What happened, how can I do it?

PS i am already org admin  and under apps i can't find jira cloud migration assistant

Hello @Matteo 

To migrate from server to cloud, you need to use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant that is located on your server and it's under the system apps filter.

in my Jira cloud apps i haven't the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant app, and there isn't if i try to search it. A few months ago i do this operation, but now it seems that all is disappeared. Thanks

Are you migrating from server to cloud or from cloud to cloud?

I'm on Jira cloud and try to migrate projects from our old jira server to cloud

Ok, so in your Jira Server, you need to find the app named Jira Cloud Migration Assistant which is located within Applications > Manage applications - it's usually is there and probably you need to update it.

Ok, instead of Manage apps and go for Find new apps, when you find it, install it.

When I did, a few months ago, the migration of a project from server to cloud, I did it from my cloud instance not from the server, basically with the procedure that is now gone from the cloud.
