Migrating data from a JIRA software server to a JIRA Cloud instance with existing data

I have a situation where I need migrate data from our companies local JIRA Software server instance with a JIRA Cloud instance which already contains data. I have looked through the existing migration documentation for going from the Server to the Cloud but this seems to be for going to a clean Cloud instance. Can anyone recommend a Tool, Process or even a 3rd party vendor who can execute this migration?

CSV export and import may be the best option in this scenario.
