Hello Team,
Again approaching you team for small help, if you could share your experiences to overcome the challenge or sharing the steps before and after the migration plan.
We are planning to approach migration from cloud to cloud site, wanted to make sure what all plans to include here from start till end.
Can someone please do share the checklist for migration plan, it would be great help.
Thank you!
Hello @Shyam Muthiah ,
Just as @Kat Warner noted a single project import Cloud to Cloud is not currently available, and a CSV import noted in the KB she linked would be the recommended approach for immediate implementation.
However, this feature is a big focus right now and it is under active development and coming soon. So if you are able to wait for the feature to release it would make the process much more streamlined. We are tracking the progress at the following feature request, please add yourself as a watcher to get updates on the status:
The Downside to waiting for the feature is that I do not have an ETA other than soon but do note the most recent Atlassian Update:
Atlassian Update – November 10, 2020Hi everyone,
Thanks again for voting and commenting on this issue. We are very pleased to announce that we are actively developing capability for Project Migration between Jira Clouds. This will enable site administrators to migrate selected Jira Software projects between Jira Cloud instances.
Thanks for everyone’s patience. We are doing usability testing for our current plans, and I would encourage you to participate in that.

Merging multiple sites and importing single projects from another cloud site is not currently a supported feature in Jira Cloud. However, there are workarounds available.
