Migration Project from server to cloud - missing boards (Scrum/Kanban)

Hi,

we have migrated a Jira project from server (Atlassian Jira v8.20.1) to Atlassian Cloud and after the completed migration without any error we are missing the Scrum Board on Atlassian Cloud project.

Any ideas why?

Did the Scrum Board contain multiple projects or was the board administrator account was inactive?

The only solution is to replicate the board for now!!

There are several reasons for the board to be absent and resolution on how to fix this

It's pretty messed up that TEN MONTHS LATER this issue still hasn't been resolved, and boards with multiple projects aren't migrated. This effectively causes teams to lose sprint history when migrating from Server to Cloud, which is unacceptable.
