Hi,
We are new JIRA migration.
We have migrated from JIRA cloud to On-premises. After migration all issues are copied without any problem. But we verified the System configuration we found that workflow section is blank. (refer the attachment 1)
But we could see the workflow in workflow scheme section. (refer the attachment 2)
Thanks for your reply
Hello,
Have a look at this article:
Thanks for your reply Alex.
From the above I have no duplicate workflows in JIRA database. I am not sure which one delete.
Since I used 'Restore System' which has deleted all the old workflows and imported workflow during the cloud to server migration process.
Kindly advise.

In the source instance, go to the Administration/Issues/Workflows and view the workflow that you want to copy over
Select the Export/As Worflow from the drop-down on top of the workflow: this will save a *.jwb file.
In the target instance, go to the Administration/Issues/Workflows.
in the top right select Import/As Worflow as navigate to the above *.jwb file.

Hi PVS,
Thanks for your reply.
I used 'Backup Manager' - 'Back up for Server' to generate the back up from the cloud and then I used 'Restore System' from the zip file.
Do I need to perform the above steps to migrate workflow separately? Kindly advice.
