Migration from Server

Hi there,

I am trying to move a fairly small project with tempo app data and it has been more than 20 hours and still counting.

Project, Users and Groups - < 10 minutes.
App data first 30 minutes - 91%
Another 19+ hours still at 91%.

Please let me know how to tackle this situation.

Migration - Jira Server to Jira Cloud

Projects	1 project, 36 issues and 12 MB of attachments.
Users and groups	Users and groups related to the selected projects.
Group membership	Group membership will be preserved. Users will get product access and will be added to your cloud license.
App data	1 app

Thank you for the response.

I have created a support ticket with them.

Initially, when I just migrated the project with users and groups it had logged time so what is the purpose of migrating app data?
