Migration of Jira projects from Jira Cloud to Server

Server version: Jira v8.1.2

We are in the planning stages of a Jira migration with a number of projects from a Cloud instance (company we are acquiring) to our server instance.

There might be a total of only 5 projects from Cloud that we need to migrate and they will be imported into newly created projects within the Jira server instance.

What is the recommended approach for this use case? Any help appreciated. Thank you.
