Mirroring projects from clients into our own jira account & propagating changes back to the clients

We have multiple clients, each with their own JIRA account and setup and projects.

Currently, we have to log into each client's board and do our work from there.

This means for us that we don't have an overview of what we're doing across all clients.

Is there a way to mirror individual projects of each client into our account,

* with minimal intervention on each client's side

* without additional cost to each client

* without a huge cost for a rather small company like ours?

At the same time, we also need to be able to propagate changes to the tickets back to the client, add comments from our dashboard which the client can see, and so on - full synchronization/mirroring across projects on both ends.

Thanks

Hi,

We're the developer of the Exalate Jira Issue Sync app.

What you're describing is a pretty common use case for our app.
You'll be able to synchronize any issue data of one of your instances over to the other instance.

This will happen in real-time. That way, you'll always be in the loop on progress status, comments, attachments (and even work-logs or change history)!

You'll be able to easily customize exactly what you'd like to sync and who you'd like to sync it with.

Like the following example:

If you want, I can show you exactly how it would work for your use case through a one-on-one demo. You can book one here: Book A Demo.

Or just contact me directly at francis@idalko.com

Does this answer your question?

Also have a look at the Exalate Network pricing model

You want to avoid that each of your customers have to buy a license of the app and the Exalate network license model allows you to purchase just one license.

Your customers will still need to install the app on their side as this is essential for security and autonomy reasons.
