Missing Sub Test Execution button XRAY

Hi,

I have recently added XRay to my JIRA board but can't find the Create New Test Execution button on the issues. I assume that this is a configuration problem but have been unable to find out how to solve it. All the documentation I have found shows the button and how to use it but the button simply isn't on screen.

This is what I am missing:

We followed the same steps but the button Create Sub-Test Execution is still not displaying.  Any other way that we might have missed in the configuration?
