Missing all Jira /Agile Software presets

i'm missing all the jira software presets like SCRUM and KANBAN.

Where can i find them?

Having exactly the same problem after fresh install of Jira Software 8.6, any solution?

Nope, using the cloud Version now

Do u have tried re-index?? or licences are ok? those options are for jira core only.. try do a reindex

Yes I did Re index. But why should the agile stuff be in core? It's in the features list of software so I bought software. In the past it all works. Since a reinstall.

remember to re-index after active/install jira-software

So i installed jira.
And added my Jira Software Licence. I don't have a exta Jira Core Licence.

i only have an uninstall button like you have. There is no activate Button.

And i'm only having an other user then my admin user after the setup.

after add the licence u need to install it and active the jira-software u did this?

No, i installed the jira software "bundle"
i downloaded jira software from atlassian download page and while i do the setup it asked for the licence and i add the licence.
