Missing environment field in new layout

Hello everyone

I have a problem with built-in environment field. In old view it is shown in the correct position (in screen settings the field is added correctly) but i new layout I don't see this field. In Project Settings > Issue Layout I can't find that field too.

Are there any updates on this? I'm still having this problem. Environment fields shows up on some tickets but not others.
