Missing inline image in email notifications

If someone adds a comment with an inserted picture to JIRA Software and I get an email notification about it, the picture is missing in the email and I'm getting a placeholder "Attached file" instead:

Is it a known behavior?

Tested with desktop's Gmail in Google Chrome and with Gmail app on Android. Both produce the same result.

We allowed our domain in Google Workspace (based on the artice "Adding Jira to Google’s allowlist"), but it has no effect (tested with a new email notifications) - still no inline picture is displayed in GMail.
