Missing issues on board

When I activate the backlog in our Team Managed project, issues (bugs or tasks) created afterwards suddenly no longer appear on the board. As soon as the backlog is deactivated, it works again. There are no active filters or similar. This affects all issues regardless of status. Does anyone have an idea about this?

@Ste Wright

And then how do I get them onto the board? I create them with a Status TO-DO not BACKLOG.

Team-managed isn't the same as a Company-managed Project.

In Company-Managed, a status controls whether the issue is on the Backlog or on the Board - it's like an additional column in a separate tab.

In Team-managed, the Backlog and Board are two separate entities - they're not status related. You'd need to drag/move/send the issue from the backlog onto the board in this case.

If you don't want to do that - I'd keep the Backlog disabled.

Hi,

thanks for reply. The problem is not on the backlog. It's on the board. The issues are not visible there.

Hi @Martin Hirsch

With the backlog activated, new Issues are created at the bottom of the backlog, rather than directly on the board - are they not there either?

The backlog is on a separate tab, you can access it from the left-hand Project menu, between the Timeline and Board options.
