Missing sidebar shortcuts

A board has multiple projects.

When a user go to the board from the Board option on the navigation bar they don't see shortcuts. But they say it used to be there. Is there a way to show these shortcuts?

When you go to the board from the project, you see everything.

Sidebar shortcut is associated with the project.

Can you please attach a screenshot for one with screenshot and the one without screenshot?
