Missing submit button in Tempo calendar

Hi all,

In our company we have a new jira user.

She is expected to submit Tempo timesheets every week. However in her Tempo calendar the submit button is missing, so she has a complete timesheet, but can not submit it for further approval.

Can anyone explain to me how to add this submit button to her tempo calendar ?

Hi @Kat Kat ,

Can you please let me know which version of Tempo you are using. 

Can you please also check if the affected user can view the "Submit Timesheet" option in the "Timesheet" view in Tempo, My Work.

In case the option is missing in both views, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo support system (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6)
so we can better investigate this problem. Screenshots might be helpful.
