Missing user info in Jira notifications to Slack channel

We are using the native Jira/Slack integration to send notifications to a Slack channel when a user creates or transitions issues (all statuses).  We recently noticed the users' name is now missing from the issue transitions notification in Slack.

What we used to see in the notification as recently as last week included the user's name that performed the transition:

What we see now does NOT include the user's name in the notification:

FWIW - the same user did BOTH of these status changes.  One was done last week, the other yesterday.

Sorry about the trouble you saw with notifications! We've fixed this issue and notifications into Slack should be back to normal and showing users again.
