Modification d'un workflow

Bonjour,

je pilote un projet (créé sous le modèle entreprise).

Dans la vue de mon tableau Kanban « Ajouter une colonne » apparait mais « Ajouter un statut » n’apparait pas.

Après plusieurs recherches dans la doc atlassian j’ai cru comprendre qu’il fallait que je renomme le workflow actif (je l’ai renommé en 'LPO Sorftware Simplified Workflow 1' mais celui qui est toujours actif est 'Software Simplified Workflow for Project LPO'.)

J’avoue que je ne comprends plus rien.

Je veux juste pouvoir associer un état à chacune des colonnes de mon tableau

Hi @Nonla KONE sorry for answering in english. 

I understood everything, but Im not able to write in French the much I can read it LOL

THe error message says the current workflow is not compatible with the pre-requisites to be an simplified workflow

In this part of the Kb https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-the-simplified-workflow/#Switching-to-Simplified-Workflow you can see what they are, and some steps to identify. 

Because your current workflow is not a simplified one, (although it has simplified in its name), you are not do some operations like adding statuses, via the board. 

You will need to correct the workflow first, as the kb mentions.

Merci pour votre assistance mais honnêtement ça ne m’a pas beaucoup aidé.

J’avais déjà lu plusieurs docs (dont pas celle que vous m’avez mise dans votre réponse).

J’ai effectué quelques recherches et voici ce que j’obtiens désormais.

Je n’arrive toujours pas à passer au workflow simplifié.
