e.i project Movile, first key MO. I changed MO to MV and when a want to created another project such as Tehcnology with the key MO, I have the problem that the system throw an error saying "The projecto Movile is using the key MO"

In order to reuse a project key you have to remove the existing project first. Renaming the key will not do that, since Jira keeps a reference to the old key so that the change does not break any links to those issues.

Remove == trash and then delete

Just dropping the product documentation where we have that info.
Editing a project key

You won't be able to create a new project with the old project key. However, you can change the renamed project back to the old project key. If you delete the project, all associated keys will be freed and you'll be able to re-use them.

I had the same problem and the solution Thiago mentioned worked for us ;)
